Just got my google TV dongle installed it all and wanted to hardwire it as the WiFi can be patchy even with mesh. Tried my trusted usb-c dock, that comes with ethernet usb ports card reader (and an HDMI port) , the dock works fine on the switch and my 2in1 laptop but on the google TV I get nothing, the power passthru works fine but everything else doesn't. Switch on developer tools to see if there might be an option to trigger but I am non the wiser. Neither of the usb ports works (tried with mouse, keyboard and a webcam) and the ethernet port lights up but the network options only show the WiFi. Am I missing something or am I sol with my dock? Also, I'm not sure if this will fix your issue but did you enable USB debugging in developer options?
