Remote control needed - anything out there that fits the bill?

Hi.. so I have quite a specific set of requirements. I need a remote control with:

  • Voice input (Mic, and mic button)
  • Numbers (0-9)
  • Infrared volume control and mute that does not require toggling to (this one's impossible for me to find anywhere)
  • 2.4ghz with a dongle or Bluetooth
  • Android and firestick compatible

Bonus extras:

  • Runs off normal AA/AAA batteries
  • No airmouse
  • Cheap

Any ideas?

The requirement for voice makes this almost impossible.

Otherwise, a Logitech Harmony would fit the bill - Bluetooth to the hub, infrared or Bluetooth out of it. Controls everything. Runs off AAAs. They're so good that, um, Logitech are stopping making them - so potentially might not work for ever.
