My 4k TV lags and stutters at 60fps

whenever i play a video from YouTube that's 4k, 1440p, 1080p as long as it's 60fps it always seems to lag. The audio is fine but the video itself is stuck on a single frame. it's working fine when it's 4k 30fps. how can i fix this

edit: i just tested a 1080p 60fps video on it with my ps4 and it's working normally. i think the problem is the TV's youtube app itself. i guess we'll need a ps5 or something to enjoy 4k

To your edit - I'm sure most 4k streaming boxes or sticks will work and use less electricity

Maybe your internet can't keep up with streaming 4k.

I think we have the same issue. I have the TCL QLED version.
Have you tried playing a 4k 60fps hdr video via the USB port or the HDMI instead of the youtube app?
