The whole remote is a bit small for my liking. So the sound buttons are not really easy to use.
I seem to be out of the mainstream here, but I really like it.
For the first time, it seems like a product was designed for a left handed person. I love the placement, but can understand how it would be inconvenient for a right handed person .
Once I got use to it. I actually ended up preferring it.
I love it. It's right where my thumb sits if I'm not using a face button
I don't love the volume rocker location. I have larger hands so overall I'm not a huge fan of the remote. I use my Harmony remote instead, it works perfectly.

Total agreement. My hands are way to big for easy manipulation of the volume. Very frustrating.

Yes. I didn't like it too and had returned it after trying out. But I couldn't help myself so I bought it again.😃
Prior to this I thought you cannot control volume in g remote
It was weird at first, but I have grown to appreciate the placement. It is placed similar to my phone, also I can access it when the remote is face down.
