I have the Chromecast with Google TV. There's a menu for selecting which streaming services you have so that they can be used for recommendations. The selections I make don't seem to be used. I don't have Disney+ or HBO Max, but I see recommendations from those services anyway. Is this a known bug, or just me?

I've tried a lot of things including a full factory reset, but it just keeps coming back and telling me I should watch Mulan.
