Two questions

  1. I downloaded Mullvad VPN through the Downloader app. Installed it and it's working. However, it is not showing up on the app list. So to open the app, I had to install it again through Installer. Why isn't it showing up on the app list?

  2. I'm live in Europe, is there a way to download HBO max to the TV? (Preferably so that it updates to the latest updates automatically if it's possible)

Your need to either create a US Google account to install HBO Max or find a copy online and sideload it
