One of the four options in that listing is probably what you'd want. Cheap enough honestly to buy all 4 and test them out and return the one that doesn't suit you.
Pretty much every usb remote will work with ir and volume control..I got a like a $5 one and it controls my tv, shield tv, and soundbar
