hey guys i just purchased a new tcl c715 tv and it seems that my soundbar isn't working for some reason i have gone through all the settings etc and have had no luck.... I'm using am hdmi cable and the tv detects the soundbar but I don't hear anything from it any help would be appreciated
Did you change the settings with the T-Link?
I have the same tv, bought it few days back... thought i dont have a soundbar, try attaching the hdmi cable to hdmi 1 port as that has ARC....The TV has all the capabilities, still if you cant get a professional to do it.
Btw, how is the tv treating you? what are your picture settings?

HDMI audio from the tv to the sound bar will work if the TV has an HDMI ARC compatible output. The sound bar also needs to support ARC. Read your tv and sound bar manual about hdmi arc
