Except for the "Folders" feature, this looks like a direct copy of the Wolf Launcher from TechDoctorUK's site. I use Wolf Launcher as my default on my Chromecast-Google-TV.
I decided not to use the TDUK Launcher Manager after experiencing an "invisible icon buttons" bug. Instead, the Button Mapper app is simple and worked better for me for switching between Google's stock launcher (click HOME) and Wolf launcher (double-click HOME).
