I have no idea for streaming sports but most browsers for Android TV and Chromecast with Google TV require an added air mouse remote control or wireless mouse. The two exceptions are Firefox for Android TV and TV Bro browsers. My personal favorite for my Chromecast/GTV is the Samsung browser.
