Mi box won’t turn on or black screen or flickering (fix)

Go to settings- general- external device manager- hdmi uhd color-turn it off for both outlets- restart mibox- Thank me later😏

Thanks! I had this issue on the original Mi Box 3 after the Android Pie (9) upgrade.

Going to Device Preferences - Display and turning off the HDR to SDR helped with the black screen and flickering. SDR to HDR was already turned off.
