I dont know about nest cameras since is from the same family it should work, but in any case you can tinyCam app on the TV, I have Wyze cam here, just a bit tricky to setup, but works like a charm
My understanding is that it will only work on Nest accounts not migrated to Google home. I have a Nest Hello and I can not log into the Nest app on Android TV as my account is migrated. Not sure if you can create a non Google account anymore.
