I have Nord and it works without issue on the CCGTV. Also works on the TiVo Stream 4K. The NordLynx protocol for me seems to give me the fastest speeds, even though it's about 1/3 of the non VPN speed.
"Google TV" is just a launcher on top of Android TV 10, which means, you'll get the same Play Store found on legacy Android TV devices, so you'll find the same apps based on your location.
