Stadia will most likely be an app you download from the Play Store
I've got Android TV 11 on my ADT-3 DevKit and there's so sign of Stadia anywhere on it
Last year AndroidTV 10 was released in late December, marking the quickest follow-up between Mobile and TV Androids they'd ever managed historically.
So if it comes at the end of 2020 tha'd be on par with last year, if it comes sooner tha'd be abnormally quick for AndroidTV.
