Sideloading version of Prime Video with profiles on Hisense H8G?

Edit:. I got one to work, and user profiles work, but the streaming quality is g a r b a g e!

It's set to best quality, I have ethernet from the router right in my room, and I tried downloading instead of streaming and it's still like 480p.

Anyone know of a setting a can tweak or something?

My Hisense comes with Prime Video built in and it doesn't have profile support even when updated to most current version

I share an account with 3 people so it's very hindering not to have the profiles so I don't mess up their watchlist or have mine messed up

I've tried disabling the Prime Video app that came with it and loading another version but that didn't work, and I can't successfully get Amazon App Store to work

Has anyone gotten this to work? Maybe there's something I'm missing?

The profiles are likely a server side thing 'activated' by some data (build.prop?) being profiles only show up on my 2017 Shield Pro & CGTV & not other ATV devices?

What version did you use that worked with profiles but the quality was bad?

As was mentioned by another user, this seems to be activated server-side. I have a JBL Link Bar and had sideloaded v5.2.30 from apkpure. I did have profiles on phone app for Android, Roku, web, but not on the Android TV. One day they just showed up. Try that version I guess as it's evidently compatible, but your mileage may vary.

Sideloading the app will break the DRM chain, so you are probably limited to 720 at best.
