Haystack News along with Pluto and Hdhome run devices are the only decent ones the others are mainly iptv source apps
I'm guessing Hulu live TV does not? I've always wondered about that.

Channels DVR will integrate OTA content from HDHomeRun and streaming content supported by TV Everywhere .
on the chromecast with Google tv, Google movies and tv has 1 channel of trailers with rent/purchase Information and of course google tv live is totally integrated to the point that it will create a new live tab on your home screen. Is your phillips tv an Android tv? You mean it doesn't incorporate OTA antenna channels?
HDHomeRun but it's problematic. You have to click on a channel, then exit then access the guild to make it work.

TVirl allows you to use your IPTV m3u links or files to be integrated as regular tv channels via live stream. Of that is what you mean. Also if you have epg services you should be able to see those information too on guide.
