Very frustrating. I can browse content all day but as soon as i try to play something it does this. All other services work without issue. This happening to anyone else? Anyone know a fix?

I have this problem with sideloaded Prime Video apks on a Mi Box 3. Some videos play, some will start to load and fail, some will freeze the app.
My fix was to install my old Fire TV Stick on another input and switch when I want to watch Prime stuff.
I've two suggestions.
Check if your tv/device has official prime tv support.
I had a similar weird bug in my TCL too. Try disabling your device Bluetooth. As soon as i removed the Bluetooth paired devices, prime tv worked fine.
Been experiencing the same issues
Even when Prime video works it takes a long time to load initally load the app, then ive got to wait to get to the profile select screen. Then again after choosing a title the circle will spin for over a minute sometimes
Honesty not very impressed with Google TV + Chromecast
I made a similar post. I have been to get it fixed but I think that it is only temporary because I thought that I had it fixed before. The latest thing that I did was: 1. Force the app to stop in the settings. 2. Cleared the cash. 3 unplugged tv and Android TV device and plugged them back in. I am not sure if all of the steps are necessary or if it really didn't fix it and it is just a coincidence that I could watch a movie. Please post if you ever find a definitive answer.
