When I try to play something on prime video on my TIVO Stream 4k or my new Chromecast (2020), I get this error message: "We're unable to load the page. Go to home or close and reopen the Prime Video app to retry.". I have tired unplugging the device, clearing data on the app, uninstalling the app, combinations of all of the above, and standing on one foot. Does anyone have any tips. My phone says that my internet speed is 350 Mbps + so I do not think that is the issue.
Same for me. The updates were breaking the app. I had to turn off updates in the google app store and for the prime app I had the option to uninstall update, did that and then it worked.
