Picked up a GoogleTV and during the setup it wanted to get details of my TV and receiver etc. I use a medion tv in the bedroom (cheap Aldi set) and it isn't in the list.
Any ideas on my options?

I’m assuming you mean the new “Chromecast with Google TV”
I’ve got the same problem with a Soniq TV. No alternative or learning option.
Found a solution for my Medion tv: Loewe is your friend.

It's probably android but not Android TV.
