Im trying to change the power settings so I can power the TV on with google assistant. It will currently power off with Google Assistant, but wont power on!

Im trying to change the power settings so I can power the TV on with google assistant. It will currently power off with Google Assistant, but wont power on!
On my TCL with Android TV, I have to go to Settings > Picture > Advanced Settings > Brightness Settings > scroll down to Contrast, and while highlighted, press 1950 on your remote. I've had a look through mine, and there's nothing majorly interesting in there, but I would love to know what you're looking for to enable powering on with Google Assistant?
