I like to have the popular movies recommendations on my home screen. I set the play movies row but after a while when i close some random app an it updates it just goes away and i have to set it again.. and again.. Anyone with the same problem or alternatives?? Thanks a lot!
Yes, it's annoying, I also have the issue and I don't see any fix, I guess the problem lies between the Play Movies app, the Android TV Home app or the Android TV Core Services app.
It actually has several months, probably since Android 8 arrived.
