Can't auto-program channels from an oTA TV Antenna. Says it finds channels but then they all go away.

The channels worked this morning, then I decided to move my antenna to try and get a better signal. Ran the auto-program and again and it said it found more channels than before (great!), but then once I hit "Done" it take me back to the menu where it instead says it found only 5 channels, then I hit "Continue" and the guide says there are 0 channels...
