Hi, I've got an Android 8 tv box, My Apps never worked since I have it, to make the section appear I need to press the search button and then pressing the back button. Tried deleting data with no good results. Anyone's got an idea to make it work?

Happens to me too. Only solution I've found is pressing multiple times the ok button
Had the same issue.. My problem was another launcher was installed. Removed that launcher. Fixed problem.
Also been told to a factory restore, Good idea if you have had the box for awhile! Lots of junk can cause problems including speed / space and launcher issues
