that's weird and very annoying hiccup.

A ] ensure all other dongles and devices are also disconnected from power outlet.

B ] try different HDMI connector on your TV.

C ] enable/disable HDMI CEC [ Consumer Electronics Control ] both on your TV set and on Ccast w/Gtv.

D ] eventually replace the dongle and see if that solves the problem.

I did once, and I restarted device and it went away.

I had something very similar on the first day I got my device. Posted about it here. It has since resolved itself so not sure exactly what happened or what I did to fix it.
