I ordered a separate power brick to power the hub and chromecast, since the included power brick is not powerful enough to power both:

My question is will 18W be enough to power my setup? I will only be connecting a 64GB flash drive for external space to install apps on, and run an ethernet connection to it.
I bought that exact hub and ethernet would not work on any Android device I connected it to including the CCGTV. USB worked but got really bad lag/stuttering on videos larger than 7-8GB.
