Every few months, all apps lose sound except for Netflix. So, then I play with all the audio settings trying to fix it. Nothing works and so I have to reset the entire tv, reinstall and login to all apps again. WTF!
Does anyone have an explaination and/or solution for this? Thanks
This happens to me occasionally as well, although I assumed it affected everything because I don't use Netflix right now. Not every month - maybe every few months.
Restarting by long-pressing the remote power button fixed it, but this really is the only TV I need to reboot because the software stopped working :)
I also occasionally need to restart because the TV stops appearing as a Chromecast target - again every few months.
