I have multiple accounts on my YouTube TV but Chromecast with Google TV won't let me switch to other accounts. It does not work if I open the YouTube TV app either. Has anyone else successfully tried it? Google support says this is supported feature but somehow doesn't work on my device.

You should still be able to switch accounts within the YouTube TV app, albeit not in the way you might be previously familiar with from using YouTube TV on other devices.
Instead of looking for the "switch account" button ( https://imgur.com/a/cMvXNrh ), click on the "sign out" button ( https://imgur.com/EqVqxvF ).
From there, you'll be taken back to the YouTube TV sign in screen and after clicking on the "sign in" button all the accounts that you've added to your Chromecast Google TV device should be available for you to use.
