Doesn't work if you're outside US. Launcher will only show installed apps and nothing more
I couldn't get teh whole adb thing to work so I installed Home Screen Launcher from the Play Store. It will server as an app icon for the launcher.

As I suspected, the services settings can be changed on the mobile Google TV application and they will reflect on the Google TV launcher.
This is much easier method without that ADB nonsense and you still retain the Android TV launcher which you can flip flop to:
Any idea why on the for you tab the highlights at the top of that tab is glitching, happening on both my shield tv and TiVo 4K stream so it;s a glitch on the for you tab?

Runs like shit. Home screen takes like 5-6 seconds to actually load the content every time I hit the home button. Quickly uninstalled and switched back to stock.
There is a search fix BTW.
