New Chrome Cast and Spectrum

Can anyone verify whether or not the new Chrome Cast device plays nice with the Spectrum TV App? I have YouTube TV, Hulu (Basic), Netflix, Amazon Prime and get Spectrum Essentials (basically free with my Internet package) to make up for channels YTTV doesn't have. Right now I use Apple TV but if the Live TV on the Chrome Cast can integrate YTTV and Spectrum into a single guide, I may switch. FireTV can integrate Pluto, Amazon Prime and YTTV but there is no Spectrum app and Apple doesn't have a guide integration.

I was always curious why this was. TWC had one once and I found the APK years ago but you had to jump through so many hoops it really was just a problem to get it work so anyone could use the TV. I wish they would just build one for Android tv.

YYTV works great in the live tab. I’m demoing it thinking of leaving Spectrum. So far though I thing the integration with Apple up next is better, the chrome cast just came out, so giving it some time for them to add some features.

Haven't tried it but does not on my tivo 4k stream so I don't think it will here either.

There is no Spectrum app for Android TV. These services are so fragmented. You need 2 or 3 platforms to get all the services or channels you want. Whoever fixes this will win the contest.
