I cant wait for this to come to the ShieldTV. Not that the current UI is horrible, but it could definitely be improved. Right now i feel like apps are kind of buried and those home screen feeds dont really provide a great look or feel. I'm ready for a new UI.

Anyone thats had a ShieldTV for a long period of time know if they are usually fast with rollouts like these?

Looks like movies and TV is just becoming part of "Google TV" now. Instead of an app it's now part of the UI.

Very interesting,.. 'gotta say I love what I'm seeing so far. Excuse my laziness, but do we know if the OS is a future update that will be distributed to other Android TV products (ex. Nvidia shield, etc.)?
