Hey, quick question. Is the TV button on the Xstream remote supposed to switch the TV on/off? It doesn't seem to work for me. The same goes for the a/v button which I'm assuming is an input switching button.

Hey unrelated question about the xstream box, say I get the box for the initial amount (1500 these days) Can I use it as a normal box if I do not subscribe to DTH or any monthly plan?
