get an android TV that can have bluetooth speakers. setup tv to output audio to bluetooth speakers. cast like normal?
I don't believe this is possible on a device itself. This was a big reason I bought into Sonos. With a Sonos Soundbar you can duplicate the audio from your TV to any Sonos speaker.
Not a cheap solution though, obviously.
Most services can't cast audio without video due to the contracts they have.
