TCL 40ES568 TV Frozen - Help

So I have this telly a week. Love it

This evening it's frozen. On the remote the settings button works (brings up settings menu) but that's it. I can't hit left or right or anything.

Before it froze I think I enable a Bluetooth setting and then this.

Everything online says need to get into settings to reset but I can't.

I've tried an android remote on my phone, connects but nothing. Is there a pin hole reset or something I don't know about?

Not sure if I same model or not but nine has a button that says reset just above the hdmi inputs. Have no idea if it works. Just noticed it there yesterday good luck did you try to unplug and replug?

Try unplugging, holding the power button down for a full 60 seconds, then plug it back in.

I think I'm having the same problem, did you manage to get it fixed?

I got this fixed in the end, contacted TCL and had to update the system software but its grand now
