Unable to find Accessibility Services

I have a Hisense Android TV running Android 9, I used to use Button Mapper just fine (I first installed in when I had Android 8 but even after the update it worked just fine.)

I had to reset the TV and now I'm unable to find the Button Mapper option under Accessibility.

I need help to figure this out please.

It's not there, you will need to use adb and do this:

pm grant flar2.homebutton android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS
