Before i went to a vpn. I went changing the dns to kinda bypass my isp who i assumed blocked known streaming sites. Lots of apps to change dns so your choice of app. For me the best was cloudfare 1.1.1.1 primary and google 8.8.8.8 as secondary. Been running them for a couple years now and no issues.
