i bought a xiaomi mi tv to watch netflix
but apparently installing netflix is so hard
there is no trace for the app in the play store
i tried from aptoide
through kodi
still cant watch netflix

If your mi tv is for global usage and not just mainland you should have netflix already installed. If its for mainland than you can't. If tv is android which i believe it is... You can still install it but mobile version at 480P max quality.
Oof, you got a mainland version. I would dump it as fast as possible tbh, you'll be capped at 480p, on phone that's fine but in the big screen it's horrible.
I wouldn't ask you consider my opinion unless you dont have any another option.
Buy a mi tv stick if u dont want to dump your tv. Mi tv supports maximum 1080p 60fps and netflix certified for 39$.
Buy a Roku, Amazon Fire device, XBox, a Mibox MD-22-AB or another Netflix certified AndroidTV device and connect via HDMI.
No, not using the internal android system built in to the TV. It is NOT Netflix certified.
