The device (2019) detects and installs the recent update but when it restarts after the installation, it goes back to 8.1.1 instead of 8.2 and again asks for upgrade. Any ideas how to fix this?

Having the same issue here.. hope someone post a fix soon
Try going into developer settings, scroll to the bottom and choose to download the full image for upgrades. Also power down completely. Unplug and plug back in.
