I had the same issue when I used my TV USB port as power. Just use the included power brick.
I would try it on own power supply the TV usb might not have enough power to run it
If it's brand new, just get it replaced.
I tried both, TV power and the supplied adaptor power. It still restarts. I haven't gotten to the remote pairing stage. This is also the second new device that is doing this
Any ideas? Other than try a different power source
The MiBox is preferred if I still need a power source other than the TV USB imo
Same here, but only with netflix app. It's strange. And sometimes it works fine
I have complety same issue now, I'm using the apapger which was in the package...its completely new....
Same here. I can confirm its Power issue. After I disconnected led strip from tv, mi stick loaded and working properly.
Bought brand new too out of the box rebooting. Went into recovery mode and did factory reset, still rebooting. "Included power supply" was missing from box (not NZ/AU approved) will have a chat to PB tech for taking the power supply out and covering the supplied power adapter on the side of the box with the store sticker. Working now with a 5v 2.4A adapter.
i had same problem and i change the power supply and the power point even and the charging cable , nothing different the same issue keep going , its just keep restarting even i cant start the setup ,., is there any suggesting >?
Do you have it on its own power supply or on the TV?
