So, my ISP provides their own internet based set-up box for use. Problem is it's locked so I can't enabled usb debugging or install third party apps neither is there any play store. It's android 9 box with 2018 security patch.

Now problem is I can't get any twrp for 905x2 to get working. After flashing whenever I try to open recovery the device simply reboots.

I will be happy to learn to create own twrp image but need guidance as where to start.

Fastboot flashing unlock works but not fastboot oem unlock.
