Unplug everything from the tv even the power cord and then push on/off button for 10 seconds, then plug in again
Not sure if this will help. But I found this about getting into the service menu.
Typically you should unplug the power cord, plug it back, and then, turn it on keeping the power button pressed until it enters recovery mode.
The issue is resolved guys, the manufacturer provided me with a software file and asked me to plug in the usb with this S/W update and it automatically installed the update, did a factory reset and now the TV is working fine.....Phew Android things😁😁
This has happened with my VU TV a few times. Usually it goes back to normal on its own. Other times turning it off and then on again at the main switch does it for me.
