Hi, when i searched for something, it brings me the search results but the top area with the menu bar and search bar is hidden. I can't navigate upwards for some reasons.

Are you using Firefox TV or mobile Firefox? If Firefox TV, that is just the crappy way that app works. I suggest using the mobile Android Firefox, which works quite well.
You will want a mouse, whether a physical mouse or a virtual one in an remote app. If you happen to have a Shield TV, the Shield TV app is great for this - gives a mouse and keyboard to use. If you have another Android TV, I believe there are other remote apps with mouse functionality, or just connect a real one.
