Sound is low on my JBL sound bar also. I have to jack the volume to 60 or 70.
Other than getting a more powerful audio system. Make sure you audio settings on the TV are set to auto. That way the TV does the best it can with what ever audio it gets.
The sound is low because unlike Netflix they only have one audio stream, that audio stream is Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 and when it gets downmixed to stereo the volume is low most of the time, that's why Netflix has two audio options, the stereo one which audio level is higher compared to the volume level if you select the 5.1 audio option when using the TV speakers.
