HULU isn’t on the Google Play Store on the box, so I manually installed the APK. It works and loads beautifully except NO SOUND!! Any one have any ideas?

Don't let your isp provide you anything but internet. Bring your own devices.
Buy your own android tv box and return the one they loan to you? They might have something set to not allow 3rd party apps or for them to not work properly.
RCN switched from Tivo to Android TV? When you go to google play store on a desktop browser , click install, does your Estream 4K show up as a device you can install hulu to? If it does not show up at all, check to make sure you are logged in with your google account on the device and same account on your computer. Another thing is that you may have installed the wrong APK.
Where is this happening? Which ISP? Because SBB (Serbia) "Smart " TV boxes are shit. Cheap chinese boxes that lack official Google support but have Google play sideloaded. And lacking Google support they also lack any widevine support so no netflix or HBO GO even if they are sideloaded. So yea in short shit. For media reproduction i recommend Xiaomi Mi S Box ita about 50-70euros here where i live and its pretty good. But then this is not the end. If you install your ISPs offical app on your Xiaomi box you cant change channels easily with arrow you have to enter the menu every time. Its a shitstorm
