Philips Android tv, updated, netflix and amazon Prime not working

Hi there, have some troubles opening apps from Netflix and Amazon Prime on my tv updated two days ago. Tried reinstalling AP but wont even open. Youtube works. What can be problem?

Unplugg it from the wall for 20 sec and then plug it back in

Damn I’ve also got an update available, debating whether to do it now. Mines a 43PUS7334. The patch notes mention fixing iPlayer and freeview play which have been absolutely terrible and my biggest issue since the last update, so I’ll give it a gamble. I’m not watching much Netflix right now anyway, and I’m assuming casting should work fine as that was the case for iPlayer.

Update: I’m now on the latest version and Netflix and Prime are both working fine for me. Looks like it might have broken for you. Either try a hard reboot or maybe even reset tv to factory. That has fixed issues for me in the past
