You cannot install the AndroidTV (Ninja) HD capable version.
Installing phone/tablet version may be possible but you will not attain resolution beyond 640X480 SD quality.
Xiaomi did not gain blessing from Netflix to support HD streams.
Linus made a video on that. The gist is you have to install the Phone/Tablet app.
