Whenever I try to open the netflix app the device reboots 2 or 3 times then boot again. Tried to clear the data, disable/enable the app with no success.
After that tried to reset the device and during the setup it'd suddenly reboot. Finished the setup eventually and it doesn't soft reboot anymore but the netflix problem still there.
This is my first Android TV device btw.
Im having a similar issue. Ill open Netflix and it will work and when i turn my tv off and turn it back on the next day and open Netflix i get a black screen and i have to watch something else and then try again. Not sure why. Ive had this stick for only a few days.
I am using the adapter and still have same problem only with Netflix. Is there any other sugestión?
Firstly I thought It was from my Internet connection because it takes time to open sth, and it freezes. Then I realised it only happens with Netflix, also after a time like 5 minutes, it closes itself. But it doesnt happen with YouTube or prime video.

If you're using TV's power try using the given adapter as most TV's don't give 1 amp power it requires.
