It was front and center on my OLDER Nvidia Shield and was installed there as well as my Sony X950H but it doesn’t appear in the App Store on my 2019 Nvidia Shield.

I was finally able to see it by going into the Shield Settings|Apps|Google Play Store and doing a Clear Data.
After that, when I went back into the App Store, Peacock was them Visible in the Featured section. However, it is still not searchable.
I found it front page of the app store in the 2015 model. When I first ran it though the initial screen before you create an account was bugging out. Next screen was fine. Couldn't go further because I had to go to work. Maybe that's why it's not showing up
No. This is a known issue. The app does not show up in search. You can only access it by going directly to their Google Play link
