Does anyone have any tricks for getting your Android TV to show up as an option for a Google Home Speaker Group?
I had downloaded the Chromecast built-in beta app and had it all working, but then I accidentally deleted it from the speaker group while creating a new household and now I can't get my TV to pop up as an option again. Any ideas?
this is what happens when you're in a beta group, don't get me wrong I wish it would stick around, but because we're in the beta group we're getting to preview when google home group wants us to test it, if they have to improve it, they take it away from us while their doing that, that's what it means to be in a beta group.
please be patient, we know it's coming but we have to wait until their confident they can take it out of beta for us to use it 'full time'. hope this helps
This is the most stupid mode to test something! Let me explain it. "Hey, do you want to try something cool? Take this! OMG is so nice! Thanks Google for this product." ....Two days after..."WTF Google! Where is my new toy? O no....it was so cool" Alter one week or two...."Hey....do you want to play again with that toy?" My truly answers is Fuck you Google because you mess with my feelings. This is not testing! This is frustration!
The real testing is to let people use that product and ask for feedback. And use that feedback to improve the product. This is how i see the way!
