TVB-100 no HDMI output on TV.

Hi, I received a second hand Android TV box. It has a model number TVB-100 which we receive from our ISP with their branding (Telkom LIT_ Box)

When I try to connect through HDMI it doesn't pick up on my TV. I'm awaiting an AV cable to try but is there anything I can do to troubleshoot it for now? I can't seem to find the Reset button either.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'd say you have 1 of 3 problems

  1. Could be a bad hdmi cable (try a new one)
  2. Bad port on your TV (has anything else been plugged in to that hdmi port and worked?)
  3. Bad port on the box (try the av port if that doesn't work then it's a bad box)
