I have a super old Turtle Beach Audio Advantage Micro II that has worked with my Android Phone. Idk if it works with Android TV because I have a Shield Tube but I didn’t have to install any drivers or anything fancy so it might work for you and just register as a USB headset type device.
Edit: missed the part about coaxial, this is optical my bad.
